We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Executive Retail P&C team on a Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years with mid to large lines servicing experience, preferably with broker.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance
  • Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must have valid P&C license
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

  • Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Service middle to large line accounts including; evaluate existing coverages, and make recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare detailed coverage analysis for new business submissions and any renewal marketing submissions.
  • Receive, review, and forward invoices, policies, endorsements and other documents as necessary.
  • Review and audit policies for compliance with internal procedures and in accordance with binder specifications.
  • Prepare applications, marketing specifications, and proposals.
  • Apply (basic) proficiency of loss analysis as needed.
  • Assure proper disposition of items on expiration lists.
  • Review client contracts for insurance program compliance.
  • Experience with complex programs (i.e.: high deductibles, layered programs etc.).
  • Assist VP with overseeing team
