About The Position

As the Senior Account Executive, you will be working within the Client Services team. In this exciting role you will be working directly with some of our most high profile clients and social platforms. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining our relationships with creators, bringing the best client service to our clients. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an influencer marketing
  • Must have experience working across TikTok campaigns
  • Experience managing high volumes of creators and content a must
  • Experience with UGC and micro creators
  • Experience working across multiple campaigns simultaneously with short timelines
  • Experience client facing, managing client expectations and relationship
  • Organized, meticulous about meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detail
  • High energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritize across several projects
  • A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others
  • Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Not afraid to roll the sleeves up and get involved with day-to-day tasks
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working across TikTok as a badged partner is a plus.
  • Experience with API partnerships with platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support with the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, adding value to the client's experience
  • Working closely with sales and client services teams across key platform partners
  • Responsible for building, vetting, sourcing and nurturing relationships with creators, supporting creator briefings, and negotiations and guiding content creation
  • Support the wider team team with strategic creator research and outreach
  • Be a strong point of contact for brand partners
  • Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief & content uploads and creator payments
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders on influencer marketing activations to discuss content, and creators
  • Work on PCA's with senior team members to ensure we exceed client expectations
