Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles within large enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated success closing strategic deals and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Strong financial acumen, including ROI analysis and funding mechanisms (e.g., incentives, rebates, grants)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Consultative, value-based selling approach focused on customer outcomes
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and grow strategic accounts
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for Fortune 1000 and multinational customers across the Northeast region.
  • Develop strategic relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Guide complex purchasing decisions.
  • Deliver value-driven solutions that support customers’ electrification and sustainability goals.
  • Partner closely with channel partners and cross-functional teams to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and drive predictable revenue growth in a dynamic and evolving market.
