About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Talent & Partnerships team, supporting a major global brand with an extensive portfolio of athlete and talent relationships. Working closely with and reporting into a Senior Talent Lead, the Senior Account Executive will play an important role in the day-to-day management of global talent partnerships, helping bring programs from strategy and talent identification through contracting, activation and ongoing relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and executionally strong, but who also knows how to think beyond the immediate task at hand. We’re looking for someone who can connect dots, anticipate what’s coming around the corner and contribute thoughtful recommendations that help strengthen both the work and our client relationships.

Requirements

Approximately 3–5 years of experience in account management, talent partnerships, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, sponsorship or a related agency or client environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work confidently and collaboratively with senior team members, clients, talent and external partners.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through and accountability.
Ability to travel as needed and work in-office four days per week.
Strong judgment, curiosity and initiative.
Comfortable looking beyond the immediate ask to understand the broader objective, connect the dots, identify where additional thinking is needed and anticipate what comes next.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Talent Lead in the day-to-day management of a global portfolio of athlete, ambassador and talent partnerships.
Serve as a key contact across internal teams, regional partners, talent representatives and other stakeholders, helping keep complex, multi-market workstreams moving.
Support talent identification and vetting, including research, evaluation of potential partners and development of recommendations and supporting materials.
Assist with talent negotiations and the contracting process, partnering with senior team members, talent representatives and legal stakeholders to move agreements forward.
Manage talent partnership details throughout the lifecycle of an agreement, including onboarding, key milestones, contractual obligations, approvals, asset tracking, invoicing and payments.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with talent representatives, providing clear, timely communication and ensuring a positive working experience.
Coordinate talent appearances and activations from planning through execution, including creating briefing materials, schedules, travel plans, transportation and on-site logistics.
Manage marketing and creative approval processes involving talent, working across internal and external teams to ensure materials are routed, reviewed and delivered on schedule and to mutual approvals.
Maintain trackers, calendars and status docs across multiple talent relationships, deliverables and contractual assets.
Support the development of client-facing presentations, POVs, evaluations, recommendations, recaps and other materials related to talent strategy and activation.
Monitor relevant talent, cultural and industry news and identify developments that may create opportunities or considerations for the client.
Support major global events and tentpole moments, including advance planning, talent scheduling, appearances, hospitality and other talent-related programming.
Partner with teammates and client team across strategy, creative, experiential, social and regional teams to ensure talent is thoughtfully integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
Proactively identify potential challenges, opportunities and next steps vs waiting for an ask.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment and ensure the work consistently meets a high standard of excellence.
