About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive, Practice Solutions, you'll play a meaningful role in expanding access to technology that helps providers streamline operations, improve patient experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll be responsible for growing adoption of Zocdoc's Online Scheduling and AI Voice Assistant solutions across healthcare organizations, helping practices unlock efficiencies while delivering a better experience for both staff and patients. Requirements

  • Meaningful experience (5+ years) in full-cycle SaaS sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating executive-level decision-making processes.
  • The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity.
  • Passion for helping customers solve meaningful operational challenges through technology.

  • A fundamental understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, including prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience leveraging CRM, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and business intelligence platforms to drive performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology, practice management, patient engagement, scheduling, or healthcare provider experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience selling AI-powered, workflow automation, or operational technology solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Zocdoc's Online Scheduling and AI Voice Assistant solutions.
  • Building and managing a healthy pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and territory planning.
  • Developing trusted relationships with healthcare decision-makers and conducting consultative discovery conversations to uncover business needs.
  • Partnering closely with New Business and Existing Business sales teams to execute coordinated co-selling strategies that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and helping customers deepen adoption of Zocdoc products.
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations, proposals, and executive presentations tailored to customer goals.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to share customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and help shape future solutions.
  • Using data, CRM tools, conversation intelligence platforms, and generative AI tools to improve productivity, sales execution, and forecasting accuracy.
