Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in SaaS
  • Strong hunter mentality with consistent quota achievement
  • Comfortable leading executive-level conversations
  • Highly coachable and open to feedback
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and metric-driven
  • FLUENT ENGLISH

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
  • Convert high-quality target accounts into long-term customers
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with C-Suite and decision-makers
  • Deliver compelling online product demonstrations focused on customer pain points
  • Manage pipeline and follow qualification processes within CRM
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities
  • Follow up on qualified inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Work toward daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Participate in structured sales meetings and coaching sessions
