Requirements

• Experience with various sizes of Commercial Accounts on a generalist book of business
• The ability to thrive in a team environment
• P&C license required
• Knowledge of various lines of commercial insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
• 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management at a retail brokerage

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on hospitality accounts would be preferred
• Experience with surplus lines would be an added bonus
• Proficiency in AMS360 would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a talented team of Commercial Lines professionals to ensure clients have appropriate coverage
• Responsible for marketing new and renewal business
• Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client
• Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with producer
• Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers
• Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned
