About The Position

ABM is seeking a Senior Account Director to manage a national account team, supporting a high-tech client portfolio. This role involves overseeing all aspects of services and operations, including human resources, accounting, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), energy management, performance quality, profit and loss (P&L), procurement, and client relations. The Senior Account Director is responsible for developing, planning, and cost-controlling procedures to ensure contract compliance across multiple client locations. Key responsibilities include ensuring client performance, satisfaction, and retention, as well as driving continuous improvement through staff development and operational excellence. The position also entails leading a multi-site operations team to deliver integrated facility management services across various environments such as automotive service centers, EV charging hubs, laboratories, and office spaces. The director will ensure safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and contract adherence, manage budgets and client communications, and build scalable infrastructure (people, process, tools) to support the client's planned exponential growth.

Responsibilities
