About The Position

Uniphore is seeking an accomplished Sr. Account Director, GSI Partnerships to drive revenue growth through Uniphore’s relationships with Tier 1 Global System Integrators. You will carry an individual quota, own deals end-to-end, and personally drive multi-million-dollar joint pursuits with GSI partners. You’ll cover named Tier 1 GSIs alongside our VP-level alliance leaders, adding capacity to scale a proven playbook that’s already generating significant revenue. The named accounts exist, the partnerships are active, and the deals are in motion. Your job is to close them. This is a top-priority function for Uniphore’s growth, with direct visibility to and active engagement from our CEO. As the program scales, this role has a path to building and leading a team.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology
  • Proven AI and/or data platform sales background — this is a hard filter, not a nice-to-have
  • 5+ years of direct experience selling to or through Tier 1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, EY, KPMG, IBM Consulting, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant, LTIMindtree)
  • Personal closing track record on GSI-sourced or GSI-influenced deals at $1M+ ACV — as the deal owner of record, with named deals you can speak to in interview
  • Demonstrated quota attainment in complex enterprise solution selling — multi-stakeholder, long-cycle, multi-million dollar deals
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and command credibility with senior stakeholders at GSIs and Fortune 500 customers
  • Dual-mode credibility — equally effective in a GSI alliance boardroom and alongside the GSI on Fortune 500 CXO pursuits
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver individual revenue targets tied to a portfolio of assigned Tier 1 GSI partnerships
  • Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close as the named deal owner
  • Present Uniphore’s AI platform and craft value-based business cases for Fortune 500 executives
  • Negotiate complex multi-party agreements — including co-sell terms, joint commercial structures, and partner economics — to ensure win-win outcomes
  • Build and sustain trusted CXO-level relationships with GSI sales leaders, practice heads, and vertical leads
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales execution within your assigned GSI portfolio
  • Coordinate coverage and deal pursuit alongside Uniphore’s VP-level alliance leaders
  • Partner with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, joint events, and targeted ABM into named accounts
  • Align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions address customer needs
  • Work with Customer Success to drive adoption and expansion of GSI-driven deployments
  • Align tightly with Uniphore’s regional field sales organization to maximize sourced and influenced pipeline
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual individual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
  • Contribute to QBRs and partner scorecards with disciplined cadence and reliable revenue calls
