About The Position

We re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to design, launch, and scale Plenful s account-based growth engine for enterprise health systems and infusion providers. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized, account-centric campaigns that generate pipeline across both new logos and existing high-value customer accounts. You will serve as the primary marketing counterpart to Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership for our enterprise segment, translating account insights into coordinated, multi-channel ABM plays that drive measurable revenue outcomes. This is a builder role: you will define the ABM playbook, operationalize our tooling, create repeatable workflows, and prove impact through pipeline contribution and revenue influence. Approximately 75% of your focus will be dedicated to enterprise ABM strategy and execution as the program scales out of pilot. Beyond ABM, you will strengthen our broader demand engine (email marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, GEO, website conversion optimization, and sponsored digital placements with partners) to create a predictable pipeline across our broader ICP. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works in close partnership with Sales, RevOps, Event, and Product Marketing teammates.

Requirements

  • 5 7 years of account-based marketing or related demand gen experience with ownership of integrated demand gen channels in B2B Enterprise SaaS environments; sales-led growth experience required
  • Proven success scaling ABM strategies to generate qualified sales pipeline
  • Experience owning and executing broader demand gen tactics: email marketing, paid search and social, SEO, and conversion rate optimization experiments. Growing experience or interest in GEO strategies.
  • Proficient experience with modern ABM solutions (Clay - preferred, open to experience with: UserGems, 6Sense, Terminus, DemandBase, Rollworks, etc.), traditional digital ad platforms (AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.), CMS tools (Plenful.com is built on Webflow), analytics suites (GA), marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong).
  • Experience managing marketing budgets ($2M-5M+), forecasting spend, and measuring ROI.
  • 0-1 growth mindset; collaborative, resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented as we build the demand gen function.
  • Excellent project manager; can guide ABM campaigns from concept to launch with limited oversight. Confident presenting to and receiving feedback from executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong learning agility to understand new industries and buyer personas. Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and a bias toward measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design, own, and operationalize the ABM strategy for strategic & enterprise accounts
  • Serve as lead project manager over the ABM motion: leading weekly game plan meetings, summarizing monthly executive report outs, tracking pipeline contribution from ABM programs and other KPIs leveraging data from Salesforce, Gong, and Hubspot.
  • Build and launch multi-channel, account-centric campaigns including targeted advertising, email marketing, personalized content, sales-aligned outreach sequences, sponsored partnerships, and collaboration with Event Marketing on field/event activations.
  • Recommend, contract, and implement ABM and demand gen tools that leverage AI to streamline manual work, improve personalized content experiences, and deliver targeted ads.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop GTM promotional plans to amplify Tier 1-2 launches.
  • Stand up and optimize email nurture programs aligned to both account-based and inbound motions.
  • Own paid acquisition across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, sponsored content), continuously testing and optimizing performance to drive pipeline creation.
  • Lead website conversion rate optimization and SEO/GEO strategy on Plenful.com, improving demo conversion rates and organic visibility to create a more predictable inbound pipeline.
  • Own the forecasting and delivery of all demand gen budgets across paid media, ABM platforms, sponsored content and tooling, optimizing for ROI.
