The Senior Academic Advisor reports to the Assistant Director of Academic Advising and is responsible for providing expert guidance to students on academic requirements, course selection, and educational goals. This role includes strategic planning, mentorship, leading junior advisors, contributing to advising strategies, and utilizing data to improve student retention, all while adhering to university policies and FERPA confidentiality.
