About The Position

RevenueCat is seeking a Senior ABM Manager to enhance engagement and pipeline generation with established consumer apps. This role is distinct from traditional demand generation, focusing on a marketing-led, inbound-first approach with a consultative sales motion. The Senior ABM Manager will create targeted campaigns, experiences, and account-specific moments to attract the right prospects. This position involves collaborating with sales, events, content, product marketing, and RevOps to refine and scale ABM strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of target accounts, their monetization strategies, and how RevenueCat can uniquely assist them. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to build personalized and effective ABM workflows, focusing on quality engagement over volume to drive high-quality conversations and pipeline with larger apps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, integrated campaigns, or a related GTM role.
  • Proven experience building pipeline with strategic accounts, particularly in a high-quality, account-specific motion.
  • AI-native approach to work, utilizing AI for research, writing, campaign building, automation, analysis, or orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of consumer apps, including paywalls, onboarding, monetization, pricing, app store dynamics, subscriptions, churn, web funnels, and growth loops.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Clay, and 6sense.
  • Ability to get hands-on with copy, tools, landing pages, data, workflows, events, and sales feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mobile apps, consumer subscriptions, or developer tools.
  • Familiarity with subscription growth concepts such as conversion rate optimization, paywalls, pricing experiments, app-to-web flows, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience building executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, or event-led account plays.
  • A track record of using AI to make GTM workflows faster, smarter, or more personal.

Responsibilities

  • Building the strategic account engagement engine by mapping, prioritizing, segmenting, and activating target accounts.
  • Understanding target accounts' monetization models, subscription strategy maturity, paywall experiences, and hiring patterns to identify opportunities for RevenueCat.
  • Creating 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that are useful, researched, and impactful, avoiding generic approaches.
  • Earning mindshare and trust within the established app ecosystem by understanding their challenges and how RevenueCat can complement existing infrastructure.
  • Partnering closely with the sales team to translate field feedback into effective campaigns and contribute to account strategy conversations.
  • Building AI-native GTM workflows for account research, signal monitoring, campaign orchestration, and reporting.
  • Owning the account journey from mapping to active conversation, defining and tracking key metrics like engagement, meetings booked, and pipeline creation.
