About The Position

This position requires the candidate to work an alternate week schedule: Week 1 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM each day) and Week 2 (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM each day). An engineering technician is needed to provide on-site hands-on fab support. The successful candidate will work directly with equipment owners and operators to track daily tool problems, troubleshoot force completes, track control charts, and execute engineering experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own daily equipment execution by resolving wafer force completes, examining equipment logs, assessing alarms, and communicating issues to the engineering team.
• Analyze particle-level or metal contamination, etch rate, or deposition rate failures, collect maps and elemental information, and document and share findings with the engineering team to address manufacturing concerns.
• Track SPC or control charts to highlight trends and potential excursions to the engineering team.
• Provide hands-on fab support for experiments and engineering work on equipment, maintaining the operations baseline for advanced semiconductor technology development.
