We are at the forefront of semiconductor technology—driving advanced wafer processing through smart automation, data-driven decision-making, and emerging AI solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate across technicians, operators, engineers, and leadership to continuously evolve our equipment performance and manufacturing capabilities. You won’t just maintain tools—you’ll help transform them through intelligent automation and digital innovation. This role will play a key role in advancing semiconductor manufacturing performance, reliability, and automation. This includes driving next-generation manufacturing by developing and deploying wafer processing equipment in Photolithography, Electromagnetic Plating, or Metrology. Build smarter factories by designing and implementing AI-driven insights, predictive maintenance models, and automated tool control strategies. Leverage data to solve problems using programming and analytics (SQL, Python, R, .NET) to improve yield, uptime, and process stability. Lead equipment lifecycle activities including installation, upgrades, optimization, and maintenance of advanced semiconductor tools. Develop automation solutions that integrate equipment with factory systems to improve throughput and reduce manual intervention. Create intelligent data pipelines for tool monitoring, fault detection, and real-time performance optimization. Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and manufacturing output. Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, deploy solutions, and scale best practices across the factory. Stay ahead of technology trends, applying AI, machine learning, and smart manufacturing concepts to continuously evolve operations.

Requirements

  • Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing or wafer processing equipment
  • Experience with data analytics, statistical tools, or process optimization (Six Sigma, JMP, Minitab, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Photolithography, Plating, Metrology, or Inspection tools
  • Experience or interest in programming, automation, or AI/ML applications in engineering environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, Materials, Physics, or Information Technology
