Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1+ years of maintenance, engineering, facilities, or related experience preferred
Hospitality or hotel maintenance experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in varying conditions

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair work throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
Troubleshoot and assist in repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance issues
Complete preventative maintenance tasks and inspections as assigned
Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition
Assist with property projects, room turns, and upkeep of hotel facilities
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns proactively
Complete work orders accurately and timely
Support hotel operations while minimizing disruption to guests
Follow company safety standards, policies, and procedures
