Requirements
- Comfort at heights and on steep pitches.
- Reliability and a coachable attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel for project-based work.

- 1+ years of roofing or construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Support slate, tile, cedar shake, and steep-slope copper roofing crews on historic restoration projects throughout the Midwest.
- Perform tear-offs, material staging, and prep work.
- Gain increasing hands-on installation responsibility as skills develop.
- Set up and maintain fall protection, scaffolding, and ladders per OSHA and company safety standards.
- Travel to project sites for regional, project-based work.
- Learn specific methods, materials, and judgment required for historic restoration work.
