About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Semi Driver to join our Transportation team. This full-time position involves operating vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership, including potential pick-ups from a John Deere factory. The role also includes instructing customers on basic equipment operation and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of equipment. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance, along with adherence to all safety regulations and certifications, is crucial.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL- A).
• 1+ year of experience pulling a gooseneck, tilt, or utility trailer.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles safely, including large oversized agricultural machines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a semi-truck operator.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership.
• Pick-up new equipment from a John Deere factory.
• Instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures.
