About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Semi Driver where safety and people are core values. We care about our people and it shows! This is a local driving position with a typical schedule of Monday – Friday 6AM - 4PM, with overtime based on business needs. The pay starts at $30.00-$40.45/HR, dependent on experience, and is paid weekly. Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis. Requirements

• Unrestricted class A CDL with a Tanker Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving commercially.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience with construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a rollback 90% of the time.
• Drive a semi when needed.
• Loading and unloading equipment.
• Communicate with co-workers and customers effectively and professionally.
• Familiarize yourself with your surroundings or be able to navigate using GPS.
