About The Position

The Semi-Conductor Assembler III builds assemblies according to work instructions, work orders, and drawings. The role includes setting up production equipment, maintaining hardware inventory, performing quality checks, testing finished products for defects, and providing guidance to lower-level associates. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
• May be required to undergo visual acuity testing, including near-vision and normal color-vision testing, on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Build assemblies using work instructions, work orders, and drawings as a guide.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Keep equipment and the work area clean and orderly.
• Follow quality and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accountability for product and process quality and required documentation.
• Set up equipment for production orders and perform minor preventive maintenance.
• Test finished products for defects.
• Provide general guidance to lower-level associates on task completion, acquiring new skills, and technical matters.
