About The Position

Bath Planet of Spokane is seeking an experienced and driven Selling Sales Manager to elevate their team and results. This is a hands-on leadership position based in Spokane, WA, where you’ll take on a dual role—actively selling while leading and coaching a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You’ll work alongside your team in the field, providing real-time coaching, driving performance, and helping close deals. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has strong experience in one-call closing within a 1-day sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience
  • Proven one-call close experience (1-day sales process)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with technology (iPads, CRM systems, digital contracts)
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of sales management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage appointments set by the Inside Sales team
  • Run a minimum of 5 in-home leads per week for training and revenue generation
  • Support team members in-home to assist with closing opportunities
  • Conduct cancel/save appointments to recover potential lost sales
  • Collaborate with the rehash team to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Monitor individual and team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and development for sales reps
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards
