About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, building customer relationships, helping customers select merchandise, recommending products, and processing transactions. The role supports sales and store key metrics, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. It also helps create a friendly environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.

• Use suggestive selling and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and address customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, accept feedback, and stay current on products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
• Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
