About The Position
Tuff Shed is seeking a Selling Center Design Specialist to join their team. This role is based at a single Home Depot location and involves selling Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers. The specialist will act as a liaison between Tuff Shed, Home Depot, and its customers. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, generating and tracking leads, driving sales growth, providing design consultation, and building relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates. The role requires working on-site, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings, and involves planning and attending weekend events. The specialist will also utilize a CRM tool for customer interactions and maintain display sheds.
Requirements
- Ability to work weekends is a must.
- Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships.
- Customer service experience is a big plus.
- A competitive drive.
- Ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
- Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software such as customer relationship management systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between Home Depot, its customers, and Tuff Shed.
- Work on-site at a single Home Depot store and sell Tuff Shed buildings.
- Build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates to generate leads and sales.
- Manage sales pipeline, generating, tracking, and reporting new customer leads.
- Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services.
- Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at the assigned Home Depot store.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management tool to update customer interactions and next steps.
- Build strong relationships with The Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on Tuff Shed products.
- Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.
