About The Position

As a Selling Advisor in Children's, you cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante. You serve clients in the store and digitally, using current technology for outreach and selling. You speak authoritatively about fashion and trends in person and through digital channels. This is an onsite position reporting to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
Showcase products differently for remote and in-person clients.
Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omni-channel capabilities and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
Develop strategies to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
