About The Position

As a Selling Advisor in Handbags, you cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante. You serve clients in the store and digitally, using current technology for outreach and selling, and speak knowledgeably about fashion and trends in both settings. This is an onsite position reporting to the Sales Manager. Weekend availability from Friday through Sunday is required.

Requirements

Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible work schedule and weekend availability Friday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
Showcase products appropriately for clients shopping remotely or in person.
Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omni-channel and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
Increase individual productivity by planning business, wardrobing, conducting successful outreach, and using technology.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
