About The Position

As a Selling Advisor, you cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante. You serve customers in the store and digitally, using current technology for outreach and sales. You discuss fashion and trends with authority both in person and digitally. This is an onsite role reporting to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
Showcase products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
Use selling tools and digital store technology, omni-channel capabilities, and fleetwide inventory to sell.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
Develop strategies to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
