About The Position

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. We’re looking for a Seller Success Manager to help our sellers grow and succeed on Fanatics Live. You will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of sellers, helping them optimize performance, navigate the platform, and identify opportunities to grow their businesses and deliver exceptional experiences to collectors. You’ll develop deep expertise in our seller ecosystem and use performance data, seller insights, and strong relationships to identify opportunities and solve complex challenges. You’ll work independently while partnering closely with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Trust & Safety, and other functions to improve seller outcomes and the overall health of the Fanatics Live marketplace.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner management, marketplace operations, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing complex customer, seller, or partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and make recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and solving ambiguous problems with minimal oversight.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to balance partner needs with broader company objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Customer- and partner-focused mindset with a strong bias toward action.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with sellers, creators, merchants, or other marketplace participants.
  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, livestreaming, social commerce, or creator platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketplace metrics and seller performance drivers.
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing or evolving technology business.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of Fanatics Live sellers and serve as a trusted partner for their success on the platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of seller businesses, goals, audiences, and performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve seller growth, engagement, operational performance, and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities and risks within your seller portfolio and proactively develop plans to address them.
  • Support sellers through launches, major events, new programs, and other high-impact moments.
  • Analyze seller performance and marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Establish goals and success measures with sellers and regularly assess progress.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations that sellers can use to improve their businesses.
  • Identify patterns across your portfolio and share insights that can improve broader seller programs and platform experiences.
  • Independently navigate increasingly complex seller issues involving multiple teams or business considerations.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Trust & Safety, and other teams to resolve seller challenges and improve the seller experience.
  • Exercise sound judgment when balancing seller needs, customer experience, platform policies, and business priorities.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or program improvements that address root causes.
  • Represent the seller perspective in cross-functional discussions and provide feedback that helps shape products, programs, and operational processes.
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to support launches and improve seller-facing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other partners on opportunities that increase seller and collector engagement.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve seller performance and marketplace health.
  • Develop and share best practices, playbooks, and resources that improve how we support sellers.
  • Provide guidance and support to peers and more junior team members.
  • Identify opportunities to make Seller Success programs and processes more scalable and effective.
  • Bring seller and marketplace insights back to the broader organization to inform decision-making.
