About The Position

BizScout is a marketplace for buying and selling small businesses, connecting buyers with business owners ready to sell. Private Client is BizScout's advisory service for serious buyers, pairing them with dedicated advisors to help find and close deals. This role is crucial for generating the supply of businesses needed for the Private Client service. The Seller Outreach Representative will cold call small business owners to introduce BizScout and gauge their openness to selling their business. The role requires a high volume of calls, networking, and referral generation to identify potential sellers. Success is measured by booking qualified meetings and closing deals, with compensation tied to these achievements.

  • Determine if business owners are open to a conversation about selling their business.
  • Book qualified meetings with the Head of Private Client.
  • Network and ask for referrals to find potential sellers.
  • Find independent paths to initiate conversations with business owners.
  • Achieve a high volume of calls daily.
  • Treat every call as a real conversation with a real person.
