About The Position

The Self Storage Site Manager (contract/1099) helps keep our Mountain City, TN storage facility clean, secure, and customer-ready. This role exists to ensure the property is consistently maintained and that issues are documented and communicated quickly. All work must be preauthorized in writing.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift, bend, and do light physical work
• Smartphone capable of using WSS
• Dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently
• Clear, professional communication

Responsibilities

• Routine site checks (minimum twice weekly)
• Sweeping and trash removal
• Basic onsite customer assistance
• Reporting damage/break-ins/suspicious activity
• Completing a weekly walkthrough using the WebSelfStorage (WSS) mobile tool
• Prep vacant units (photos before/after, cleaning, pest treatment, bait packs, new lock placed inside, tagging and latch photos)
• Overlock past-due units as directed monthly
• Record/submit lock numbers through WSS
