The Self-Direction Staff Coordinator (SHSS) is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations, and implementing policies and procedures related to staffing and daily operations. In this role, the SHSS Coordinator plays a key part in supervising staff and supporting the care and well-being of the individuals served. Community Mainstreaming's mission is to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives.
