Assist individuals with brain injury, intellectual disabilities, and other neurological disabilities in achieving a challenging, stimulating, dignified life by serving as an advocate and liaison for and on behalf of individuals’ rights and benefits. This role involves providing supervision, training, and assistance in daily living activities for a 22-year-old non-verbal female with autism. The goal is to enhance her safety in the community, increase her independence, and explore her personal interests, which include walks, dining out, and shopping. Total supervision is required during all community outings and social interactions.
