About The Position

This position involves providing 10-12 hours per week of Community Habilitation, supporting individuals in participating in community events, social engagement, and exploring activities of interest. This role requires the use of a personal vehicle, which may involve travel to the Rochester and Buffalo areas. Availability on Friday evenings and weekends is essential.
