About The Position

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is hiring a Selector to support distribution operations serving Dunkin’ restaurants. The role uses an electric pallet jack or forklift and wearable computers with ring scanners to select, label, stack, and palletize products, then stage orders for outbound delivery. Work takes place in dry, refrigerated, and freezer warehouse environments. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The position is located in Groveland, Florida. It is full-time, with a four-day work week scheduled Sunday through Friday, with Saturday and two weekdays off. The shift starts between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Pay is $20.09 per hour.

Requirements

No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
Must be able to stand for eight hours.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 55 pounds.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Dependable attendance and strong customer service.
Ability to work in dry ambient temperatures, a 34-degree cooler, and a -10-degree freezer.
Must understand and communicate in English sufficiently to safely perform essential duties, use voice-directed warehouse technology, understand work and safety instructions, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers about operational and safety matters.

Responsibilities

Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to accurately and safely hand-select warehouse orders.
Stack products on pallets according to proper operating procedures.
Stage pallets for loading at an assigned outbound dock location.
Maintain established selection rates across temperature zones.
Shrink-wrap products to secure loads for transit.
Safely operate all equipment used to perform job tasks.
Cross-train and perform other assigned duties, such as loading, receiving, and replenishment.
