About The Position

Analyze and resolve Kubota dealership parts and whole goods inquiries and ensure dealer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive rapport and working relationship with dealers, department manager, office and warehouse employees as well as interdivision colleagues.
• Must have the ability to support the smooth operation of the department remaining tactful and professional with dealers, customers and peers in stressful situations.
• Ability to synthesize information and make appropriate recommendations.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 years of experience in a similar environment and role preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Windows-based programs and operating systems preferred.
• Experience with or ability to learn farm/mechanical/industrial/mechanical equipment applications and their uses.
• Experience with engines, parts and functions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently expedite orders for delivery.
• Route and process parts and whole goods received for inventory to ensure that parts and equipment are stocked in an orderly and concise manner.
• Maintain inventory within warehouse to ensure order and efficiency.
• Audit and verify current inventory to ensure appropriate quantities of stock.
• Load various carriers of Kubota parts and equipment.
• Ship items out using FedEx computer.
• General housekeeping to keep warehouse as clean as possible.
• Mid-year & year-end inventory.
• Additional duties as required.
