This is a Run of Show position and is paid throughout the active production season.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.
Must be proficient on Mac.
Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word).
References from previous employers required.

Must have ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule of the show, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
Coordinate guest interview materials and content, including promotional clips and plug information from publicists, studios, and networks for all scheduled late night show guests.
Schedule and coordinate guest pre-interviews.
Arrange screenings for Segment Producers and Host, and secure tickets to shows and events as needed.
Liaise between Segment Producers and the Script Department to ensure accurate guest intros and outros are prepared on cue cards for Host.
Manage and maintain guest databases and digital files on the server.
Research and acquire photos for guest interview segments through photo agencies and coordinate with Graphics and Art Departments to deliver full frame images and art cards for broadcast.
Source and download external clips for guest interview segments and coordinate approvals.
Provide administrative and operational support to Segment Producers including managing phones and production related requests.
Research 1-2 guests weekly and prepare detailed packets for interviews.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Segment Producers.
