About The Position

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Watch Center Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring, alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate and analyze security incidents.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to workplace violence threat assessment processes or willingness to be trained in a recognized framework (e.g., WAVR-21).
  • Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utility, or large-campus security operations.
  • Familiarity with contract security operations (post orders, staffing compliance, vendor performance monitoring).
  • Prior training or mentoring responsibilities in a shift-based operations environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and analysis of security incidents, ensuring accurate documentation, real-time logging of response actions, and tracking of follow-up actions to closure.
  • Review and coordinate the handling of workplace violence incidents and threat assessments, ensuring proper documentation and routing to HR, Employee Relations, and Security Management. Identify safety hazards and track corresponding mitigation efforts.
  • Monitor Everbridge mass-notification and situational-awareness feeds, extract relevant information, and prepare concise briefs for leadership regarding MWD-specific operational impact.
  • Prepare incident reports, shift/operational summaries, and performance assessments to support management decision-making and continuous improvement, maintaining consistent reporting standards.
  • Analyze incident and crime-related data from various sources to identify trends, emerging threats, and operational vulnerabilities, producing recommendations for security planning and resource allocation.
  • Review weekly robodog patrol reports, verify completeness, flag anomalies, and integrate findings into broader incident trend analysis. Track resolution of identified trends.
  • Apply analytical and critical-thinking skills to evaluate evolving situations, synthesize information, and provide sound recommendations to leadership during high-pressure incidents.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational functions, including resource coordination, scheduling support, performance monitoring, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate current Watch Center workflows and recommend improvements, best practices, and efficiencies to increase consistency and service quality.
  • Monitor personnel qualifications, certifications, and training in accordance with contract standards; support staffing-requirement compliance and broader quality assurance efforts.
