A Utilities Officer covers medical leaves, sicknesses, vacations and open posts that do not have an officer assigned. The utility officer must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays. The schedule is released 1 week prior but may be adjusted depending on situations at the posts. Employee will need to have a valid drivers license and clean driving record (No Dui, multiple accidents or habitual offenders-MVR will be checked). Candidate must be a licensed/legal driver, at least 25 years old with an acceptable driving record to be covered under the Walden Security Automobile insurance. Utility officers will get an unarmed security license and be paid $18.00 regardless of the post they are assigned. Officers are paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit.
