The Utility Security Officer position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling various locations. Officers observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. This role also involves preserving order and enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Additionally, Security Officers frequently provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
