As a Security Unarmed Patrol Driver in Menomonee Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor and contractor check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
