About The Position

This role involves the installation and maintenance of various systems including video surveillance, home automation, audio/video, and networks. The technician will also be responsible for programming and configuring these systems, conducting site surveys, providing quotations to customers, managing inventory, and performing basic construction tasks such as drilling holes and running cable. The position requires the ability to lift 50lbs or more.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic construction experience (Drilling holes in walls and running cable).
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of experience in network installations, video surveillance installations, home automation installations, audio/video installations, or equivalent.
• ES-3 or ES-7 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain video surveillance systems, home automation systems, audio/video systems, and networks.
• Efficiently program and configure video surveillance systems, home automation systems, and audio/video installations.
• Perform site surveys and quotations to customers, demonstrating knowledge of system functionality and installed products.
• Lift 50lbs or more.
• Manage inventory.
