About The Position

We are looking for an experienced service technician in the security space to cover service calls in the MA/NH footprint. This role will entail going to multiple service calls per day and often times will be in a customer facing setting. Some of the devices being worked on will include Access controls, fire alarm, CCTV/IP Cameras, Burglar/intrusion devices, Audio Visual systems, paging systems, etc.

Requirements

• Experience with Lenel - S2 on access control side
• Experience with Genetec
• Experience with Avigilon
• Experience with Honeywell - fire alarm side
• Experience with Software House
• Experience with Gallagher
• Experience with Axis
• Experience with Verkada
• Experience with Bosch - fire alarm side
• Experience with Pelco, etc.
• Experience with Hanwah
• Experience with DMP and DSE

Nice To Haves

• Security or electrical license

Responsibilities

• Cover service calls in the MA/NH footprint.
• Go to multiple service calls per day.
