The Security Systems Technical Specialist Level 1 provides technical support and service for electronic security and technology systems. Working in a collaborative team environment, this role supports field technicians, Project Managers, and clients by troubleshooting, commissioning, programming, and servicing security systems. The position requires reviewing product manuals and technical documentation, working closely with manufacturers' technical support teams, and assisting with the delivery of reliable solutions.
