Performs independently a wide variety of personnel, ID badging, security systems and security administrative functions. Responsible for the security badge fabrication process which includes, but is not limited to badge verification, digital photography, creating new hire badges and maintaining badge inventory. Ensures that all security office equipment and software are operational and maintains the ID card/badge database. Updates data and provides quality control using the Lenel System. Routinely handles complaints with badge access, JBDEV encoding or badge deactivation concerns and provide information support. Maintains and monitors multiple mailboxes on a daily basis to ensure that client emails are responded to in a timely manner. Coordinates department schedule and/or calendar as needed. Responsible for department specific projects as assigned (i.e. special events, mass mailings, policy manual update, training, etc.). Creates, maintains, and monitors parking violation reports and vehicle registrations. Responds to telephone and walk-in requests and inquiries. Processes and submits check requisitions, and expense reports each week as required. Grants users access to systems in accordance with established policies and procedures. Performs administrative tasks such as copying, downloading company photos, filing, maintaining department calendars, scheduling rooms, updating signage, when necessary, etc. Drives company-owned vehicles as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
