The Project Support Engineer must be capable of working on their own initiative to ensure our deliverables are aligned and met in delivery of our physical security solutions and connected devices services to the client. You will provide a range of varying activities from design support, programming, evaluation, commissioning, call-out, maintenance and verification of electronic security systems to ensure it complies with Microsoft requirements and standards. The Project Support Engineer shall ensure all processes are optimized and continually aligned to the Microsoft requirements in delivery of their service by continually looking to adapt, refine and improve the effectiveness of the service delivery and reporting model. This will be achieved using after action reviews, vendor assessment, audit results, analysis of data, lessons learnt, corrective and preventive actions and management review. The Security Systems Project Support Engineer will also provide input to Global Shared Services Regional Group Lead to ensure technical documents and standards are updated Microsoft’s needs are rapidly changing in this dynamic work environment, and it is essential the Project Support Engineer maintains a flexible, logical, open minded, and adaptive approach. By combining your technical skills, creativity and customer focus you will support and ensure competitive technical solutions are deployed in line with our Global standards and in the process deliver a world-class service.
