About The Position

ATTIC Correctional Services is seeking a dependable, confident Security Support Specialist to support our three residential facilities serving adult correctional clients in Madison. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable maintaining structure, enforcing program expectations, engaging directly with clients, and helping maintain a safe and supportive residential environment. The standard schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. (2nd shift), with occasional weekend or other shift coverage as needed. This position supports all three of our Madison residential facilities, so you will regularly travel between locations during the course of your work.
