About The Position
iWorks is seeking a Mid-Level Security Support Specialist to provide advanced personnel security and security program support. This role supports operational activities, policy implementation, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. Salary Range : 77k-87 k - commensur ate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant security or program support experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Project coordination experience.
Responsibilities
- Support personnel security program administration.
- Analyze security-related processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop reports and track program metrics.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements.
