Personnel Security Analytical Support Specialist (Mid)
About The Position
iWorks is seeking a Personnel Security Analytical Support Specialist to support data-driven personnel security operations through reporting, metrics analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This position is contingent upon contract award. Salary Range: 84k-94k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Analyze personnel security program data. Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Identify trends and recommend process improvements. Support risk analysis and decision-making activities. Present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of analytical experience.
- Experience with reporting, metrics, and data analysis tools.
- Strong critical-thinking abilities.

- Advanced reporting and data visualization experience.
