Requirements

Must be 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
Able to pass an extensive screening process.
Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
Responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
Possess a state license if required.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into all business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services provided to the facility, ensuring the highest standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Ensure operational logs, records, and post orders are maintained appropriately.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, serving as a liaison.
Assist in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff.
Maintain a goal of zero safety incidents and manage a robust safety culture and program.
Regularly review security officer schedules and staffing levels to identify opportunities for improvement.
Respond to operational emergencies, ensuring timely response, communication, and accurate reporting.
Direct, supervise, and support site officers.
Recommend, nominate, and distribute rewards and recognition.
Responsible for corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers.
Supervise and manage employees at the assigned job site.
Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with the client at the assigned site.
Exercise independent judgment and sound decision-making in performing all duties.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
