GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a dependable, motivated, and professional Overnight Security Shift Supervisor to lead a team committed to safety, exceptional service, and operational excellence. Requirements

Must have an active PPSB license.
Must have CPR.
Must have VALID Driver's license.
Must be over the age of 18 years old.
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support security officers during the overnight shift.
Ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and client expectations.
Conduct patrols, inspections, and shift briefings.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Foster a positive team culture built on Integrity, Respect, Vigilance, and Trust.
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our clients and the communities we serve.
