About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the community's security operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, team members, and visitors. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Partners closely with community leadership to align security initiatives with organizational goals. Fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred
