About The Position

The schedule is Friday – Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with Wednesday & Thursday off. Compensation is $18.00/hourly. We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Security Supervisor / Field Training Officer who is passionate about leadership, customer service, and developing security professionals. Requirements

  • Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with employees and clients.
  • Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications, Electronic reporting systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for mobile devices and software are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees.
  • Conduct patrol visits and security inspections at multiple client locations.
  • Observe, monitor, and document activity while maintaining a visible security presence.
  • Complete accurate and detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
  • Respond to incidents and provide immediate support to officers across multiple sites.
  • Ensure client policies, post orders, and company standards are consistently followed.
  • Conduct officer and post inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Mentor, coach, and train newly hired and existing security officers.
  • Administer progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist with fueling and maintaining company vehicles.
  • Serve as a leader and resource for officers throughout the branch.
